Qualification Requirements

1. *SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER*

*Minimum of diploma-in health related courses is required.
*HSE certificate is an added advantage.
*Knowledgeable on the modern trends involved in improving general health and environmental safety.
*Must have the ability to analyze problems and find solutions.
2. *RECEPTIONIST*

*Minimum of NCE/OND in any discipline.
*Must have essential customer relationship skills.
*Must be able to speak fluent English with a good communication skills.
*Minimum of two years work experience.
*Fluency in the local dialect is an added advantage.

3. *SECRETARY*

*Minimum of NCE/OND in any discipline.
*Must be highly intelligent and communicative.
*Must be a good team player and quick to adapt to impromptu modifications in work environment.
*Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
*Must be able to speak fluent English with good communication skills.

*A minimum of 2 years of auditing experience in any reputable company.
*Proven experience leading and building teams through an audit management.

6. *CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER*

*Minimum of NCE/OND required in any discipline.

*One year experience is important.

7. *MARKETING EXECUTIVE*

3. *MANAGER*

*prospective applicant must have at least 7 years practical experience in Management of at leadt a medium scale enterprise preferably within the Agricultural sector.
*fluency in English language required.
*Good communicative skill
*Proven competence in Management skills with set scenarios.
*Minimum of a MSc in Business Management, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics or any other Agricultural related field.
*HSE certification is an added advantage
*NIM , CRM or any other management certification is an added advantage.

4. *EXTENSION WORKER*

*Minimum of HND/BSc in Soil science, Agricultural economics, Fisheries/Animal husbandry, Food Science or any other agricultural science-related course.
*HSE certification is essential.
*Practical demonstration of competence in essential agricultural activities.
*At least 3 years work experience in a related capacity.
*Good communication in English compulsory.
