Sir, 

*Letter of Complain about Unpaid Salaries in Kaduna South Local Government.* 

We are writing this letter to show our gratitude for giving us the opportunity to serve the state via discharging our duties in the educational sector.
We are also writing this letter to express our grievances over the Unpaid salaries for the months of April,May, and June. Though, payment for the month of July was paid last 2 weeks ago #34,000 for level 8 and #31,000 for level 7 which #6,000 was deducted in the name of TRCN in Kaduna south only which we complained before it was refunded to us.
Some Local Governments, the salary of April, May, and June have been paid to its teachers and nothing was deducted. We had earlier complained on  the same problem but were told that there was some technical problem by which employee’s salary cannot be transferred.

On further inquiring, we got to know that other employees have received their due salary. Sir, we need to know the reason behind the non-payment of our salaries in Kaduna South Local Government so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.
Sir, we know and understand your noble commitment towards educational sector in Kaduna state and i believe you will not like it to be jeopardize by any ministry.
We will like to appreciate you for given us the job opportunity towards transforming the educational standard of the state and the country as a whole. We say a big thanks to You sir. We all know you are an action man which we hope you shall take effective action on this prevailing challenges.
In anticipation, we hope to hear a positive result from you.
