Police has arrested a 42-year-old prophet identified as Olusola Akindele, of the Lion of Judah Church of Christ, Robiyan, Ogun State for beheading his lover for money rituals.

The Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, said the arrest was made following a report by the community head that a headless decomposing body of a woman was found in an uncompleted building within the community..

Ahmed Iliyasu also went on to say that as soon as they received the report, the Divisional Police Officer of Agbado Headquarters, on technical intelligence which led to the apprehension of the suspect

Iliyasu also said that the suspect confessed that the victim who he simply identified as Iya Anu was his mistress, and they had been in an amorous relationship for over two years before her death.
