Our Client, a leading Financial Institution is urgently recruiting for the position of an Office Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

 Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

 Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access

via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

 Update calendars and schedule meetings

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Proven work experience as an administrative personnel/ Front desk

Representative or similar role

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

 Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)

 Professional attitude and appearance

 Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

 Minimum of a Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) with an Upper Credit class of degree

 Minimum of two year experience
