Rafa is an example of the fact that you dont need a "worldclass" coach to produce a champion. All you need is a man who is smart enough to get the best out of his ward. Changing Nadal to a lefty was the best thing Uncle Toni ever did to him. Being a righty too means he can hit backhands on the run almost like his forehand.

Best 2 weeks of Tennis ever. Even the FO was no where close to this.

Titanic Tussle. Epic Battle. What else can I use to describe it? I'm happy for Nadal. Rather sad for Federer. I think Nadal will be no.1 before the end of the year. I think he'll win the US Open and Australian Open before the end of next year. I think Federer will win another Wimbledon and even beat Pete Sampras' 14 grand slams' record.

Says more about the other players on earth rather than the abilities of these two

One of them has a second serve Venus would be ashamed of. . . . . . .The other looks like he never bothers practicing his backhand.

Take a look at the mens top 10.
Novak is good and will be a threat to the top 2 but that's about it.
Davydenko is simply an automaton - get as many balls back, very little skill.
Ferrer - Ditto for Davydenko, they can play tirelessly for hrs and wack the ball so hard but nothing else.
Roddick - Remove his serve and he's a top 50 player at best.
Gonzalez - Hard forehand nothing else.
Gasquet - when will this man fulfill his potential?
Blake - should just retire.
Murray - top 10 and that's all. Cant see any weapons that will trouble the top guys for a while.

You must be joking you cant compare the 90's to now.Nadal and Federer are the only players i rate now all others are just over hyped underachievers there is no competition for them

Grass should be played the way grass traditionally was played over the years.

The reason australia and the us opens changed from grass was to bring variety after all.

his loss in his race 4 the rogers cup was really depressing, Nadal just has to win in cincinati to close up the 300 points gap. And here i was thinking at the begining of the season that federer's threat was djokovic. i'll just keep my fingers crossed to see how cincinati goes.
