The Lord works in mysterious ways. I don't say that as a cliché, He really does. Back in 2007, my final year in University, I went through the most harrowing experience of my life, it's a miracle that I didn't commit suicide. People here who might know me in real life will know what I'm talking about. I think this was the beginning of when the Lord Jesus Christ began to look upon me - this poor, wretched soul. I don't say that matter-of-factly, because He indeed has loved His people with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3), and before He formed them He knew them (Jeremiah 1:5). But this was the beginning of what eventually culminated in my salvation five years later. The Lord Jesus Christ really is kind, and good, and loving, and beautiful.

If you come to Him, you'll find Him to be more precious than gold, more precious than a beautiful wife or a caring husband, more precious than all the treasures and beauties of this world. He has to be! because which is more beautiful? A beautiful car, or the mind that designed that car? A beautiful house, or the architect from whose mind the drawing came from? A beautiful wife or handsome caring husband, or the One who created them?

If you do not know Him, I beseech you to take some time and just ask Him to reveal Himself to you. If you ask sincerely, I guarantee you that He will.
