I'm currently searching for movies that will make me cry. I watch some movies and they look

like they are going to make me cry and I try to feel the situation and force myself to cry. Sometimes

a get a watery eye but I want one that'll make me cry without trying. I found some suggestions googling

but figured out I just might get better suggestions from Nairaland

Bloodrayne (2006) made me cry because I was wondering how someone can make such a useless film.

"In pursuit of happiness" nearly brought me to tears but the one film that had me crying like a baby was "Sweet November".

The things that move me to tears sharply differ from Lasisi Nextdoor. I was stifling my tear ducts more than not in John Q. The film was massively opinionated and isn't the best film in the world but that is not my concern. I was concerned with the man John Q and even though I don't have a girlfriend let alone married let alone with kid, I could empathize with the man and I'm not sure I'd have acted differently in his shoes.

Usually it's only just a scene that makes me cry. Some films I remember are

A few scenes in Braveheart
Almost all of John Q apparently
Lucas, I saw this as a kid and I think I might be cheeky about it now
Tofan, an Indian film
A series of Indian films I gotta admit but those were like ten years ago and such things is frankly their domain
A scene in Before Sunset
A lotta other ones I can't remember or I'm too ashamed to say

and most especially an obscure film called Little Princess. I absolutely bawled in that one. I won't be ashamed to do it again.

The one movie that made me cry my eyes out the whole duration of it was the Oscar-winning movie Crash. Masterpiece there.

Other movies that aren't made to be sorrowful but have caught my emotions in key scenes are Cars and Ice Age.

I cannot even bear to watch Passion of the Christ. _{yea, call me a sissy}

U can watch any movie and you can still cry.
All you need to do is to have pepper by your side and pour a little into your
eye after every two minutes.
