The Form Fee is 15,000# Flat, excluding O’level VERIFICATION fee. All ND Holders with a minimum grade of lower credit plus a one year industrial training experience can apply for the HND Form, while ND Holders with a PASS grade plus two year I.T Programme can apply For the HND Form as well. All O’level result Holders with at least 5 credit can apply for the ND Part Time Form.
