Just like in politcs I continue to say that Nigerians should be brutally critical and openly protest the continuous poor state of our game and national teams. If we remain silent nothing will change and we will continue to stumble from one tournament to the other.

I've watched Nigerian football for several decades now and it has never been this poor. There was a time qualifying for the Nations Cup was such a given that it was either silver or bronze every tournament. We had never missed two tournaments in a row and countries like the Seychelles were a given.

All others have improved and we have stagnated or regressed. We must begin to demand improvement all round because if we don't, serious embarrassment awaits. It is obvious the NFF needs a public wake up call because it appears they are satisfied with their salaries, estacode and graft they seem more expert at.
