SGBN was closed in January 2006 on the orders of Central Bank of Nigeria over allegations that it didn't meet the new N25bn capitalization requirements. The bank denied this & proceeded to court.

The bank won & in 2012 was issued a license as Heritage Bank Limited.

Thank you OP. The media is trying so hard to tell us about the downside of Saraki by hiding the good side of him from us. They said he looted Kwara State dry. People should research about the state of Kwara before and during his executive rule before jumping into hasty conclusion. This is a man that singlehandedly changed the fate of Kwara State. Though he has flaws but every politician does. Humane youths love him because of the leadership spirit that abides in him. I have never seen a leader like him in Nigeria. He's like a combo of Obama and Putin in the helm of our political affairs. History will always remember him for good. Saraki will become President and there's nothing any northern illiterate can do about it.

Don't be clever by half. Did the investors and those who had their hard earned savings in Societe Generale Bank ever had/ received / accessed their savings in Heritage bank?

You should ask him If JJ Okocha and many Nigerians who had their savings in Societe Generale Bank were able to receive their money in the heritage Bank? You should know the Shadow of Saraki in Societe Generale Bank is the main reason why million of Nigerians never want to patronise heritage bank. Once beaten twice shy.
