I'm a 30 year old male. I have a handsome face but really skinny. I'm usually attracted to ladies but I refuse to give in to them cause of my physique. You'll hardly know what my body looks like when I'm fully dressed.

Please, what do I do to add some weight? What kind of food? What amount of rest? What else is involved to get myself some flesh?

You are skinny cos u r in a state of NEGATIVE nitrogen balance. You want to get weight u need to move to a POSITIVE nitrogen balance.
This entails change of nutrition, activity and elimination of Parasites.
