So naturally how much does each country depends on the western aid?

Countries like Ethiopia, Liberia, Madagascar, DR Congo, the Central African Republic and Rwanda would be devastated without foreign aid.
Countries like Angola, South Africa, Algeria and Libya would hardly notice it.
However, the majority of the African population lives in countries heavily reliant on aid, so overall Africa would be devastated without aid.

Look at the embarrassment of Kenya and Ghana who think they can talk when naija talks , I'm doubting the 2% of those lazy slaves, they are too lazy I'm sure their aid is even bigger than that of Ghana and Kenya together. Nonsemse countries .
