Job Title: Head HR/Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
2. Responsible for preparing yearly HR/Admin budget.
3. Develop and maintain employee payroll and benefit management system.
4. Ensure HR activities meets and integrates with organizational requirements for quality.
5. Attend to all matter of staff welfare, development, complaints, conflicts and promotion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must have a Law Degree (LL.B) or a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Management or in Human Resource Management and a professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) A MUST.

2. The preferred candidate must also possess good organizational, multi-tasking and conflict management skills. Impeccable communication skills both oral and written is also required.

3. Job experience: 3-5 years working experience in similar capacity.

Age: 30-40 years.

Gender: Male

Remuneration: N100,000 monthly.

Job location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
