My phone menu touch just suddenly stopped responding and whenever I click it or any thing above or under it, it reads as the home key instead. I have tried restarting it severally and even took of to factory setting still no changes. Its a brand new oukitel c8 phone, just 3 month old, it has not fallen down or had any scratch. Please any one with a solution to this.

It might be d touchpad. May be you have to change your touchpad. |

That is why i advice don't but from all this unknow brands that you can't hold Anybody liable of anyway the fault might be the touch pad |
