For north central,your correct.in the northwest,it should be 80%.apart from southern kaduna,few parts of kebbi and parts of kano,i dont see where pdp has presence and can make impact.tambuwal and kwankwaso who cant even visit kano cannot stop buhari from allocating votes here.

You remember that 2 months ago, Dankwambo was supporting Buharis bid for 2019, his contesting for presidency in nothing but, deception. He know he cant win more than Gombe with 60-40, because he will rig to his favour.
Speculating percentage now is still early, lets see PDPs candidate first. As for Buhari in the North is like a CULT with a pool of folliwership.
