Vegetables are the source of nutrients needed by the skin. Green vegetables provide your skin with the necessary amount of proteins that help in the process of reproduction in cells of the skin. The person who eats vegetables are able to overcome the skin quite easily that the fiber in vegetables contributes to the maintenance of damaged skin.
