Holidays will not kill us in Nigeria
Who's doing competition with them?

The New Year we're already marking is it only for Christians?

Small time, the Sango worshipper will start laying claims too

Misplaced priority. This Ajimobi government is just too mediocre.

Islamic new year? What nonsense.

And the same people celebrating this will still come and celebrate New Year on January the first abi?

Stupid governor, silly government, lazy people.

Today is not even a public holiday in Saudi Arabia (the headquarters of Islam).
January 1st of every year is not a Christian celebration of new year.
In fact, Christians don't have any celebration like new year.
