Hi NLanders kindly enlighten please: why does the ECO give 1 mnth or 3 mnths single entry as opposed to 2 yrs? even if its for a conference/summit, can't they just give 2 yrs? Wot r the chances tht the bearer of a 1mnth or 3 mnths visa will get a us visa again? Also does any one know why they issue the short visas?wots the "mystery" behind it? |

They issue a one month, 2 months or longer visas depending on how long you intend to stay in the US. What good would a 3 months visa do you if you only intend to spend 3 weeks in the states  All you'll need is a month visa.Again, because you've visited the United States of America before isnt a reason for your visa application to be approved. |
