They keep downplaying the number of casualties on the side of the Nigerian army, that town was supposed to be a formidable fortress with a powerful battalion as its Garrison defending it.1000 soldiers makes up a complete battalion, and if insurgents can overrun and sucessfully drove away soldiers to capture the town, then reasonable evidence suggest that the battalion must have lost almost half of its soldiers during the fierce resistance, and the Boko haram fighters who carried out that attack could not be less then 3000 warriors.

Yes, they Attack Damasak, But never capture it, I dont know why same Nigerians that are suppose to be against any activity of boko haram are the same people giving them fuel as regards their activities. Boko haram was repelled by Gallant Nigeria Troops in Damasak and the Army has taken back control Gudumbali..
