As at the end of day three, Team Kaduna was placed fifth on the medals table with two gold and one silver medals.

AUTHENTIC News Daily observes that the standing makes it the number one Northern team on the rankings, as only four southern states are ahead.

As at 8:30pm on Wednesday, Bayelsa topped the medal table with five gold, two silver and three bronze medals.

Defending champions Delta, followed closely with three gold and six silver medals, while Team Osun are third, with three gold, three silver and three bronze medals.

Fourth position is been held by Lagos who are featuring this year after absence from the 2016 and 2017 editions.

Lagos that arrived Ilorin with over 380 team contingent, have garnered three gold and three bronze medals.

So far, a total number of 87 medals have been won as states gear up for action on Thursday.
