grin let's say we restructure Nigeria today, how exactly would osun pay back $96m without allocation from oil revenue.

If Nigeria gets restructured or disintegrates, the assets and liabilities of the country would be shared equally among the states or regions! You would think those who get more now based on population and huge landmass would take more of the burden of paying off the loans as well as be entitled to more of the assets based on the existing sharing formula, but don't forget we're in Nigeria!

you just raised another issue entirely. out of Nigeria's N22trn debt don't forget osun state would get its fair share of the national debt to add to its state debts of over $96m they owe local banks, they owe pensioners they owe workers. lol so my question still stand how will osun repay back its debt or what asset would it forfeit in case oil revenue monthly allocation stops,
