The French World Cup wonderkid has outscored both Messi and Ronaldo at domestic, Champions League and International level at this stage in their respective careers

At 19 Kylian Mbappe has a football CV that the overwhelming majority of players in their thirties could retire proud of.

He has won every title there is in France, collected the prize for Best Young Player at the World Cup, been named in the team of the tournament and most memorably won the Greatest Prize in football itself, also scoring in the final.

Within the two seasons, he has been an established member in the first teams of Monaco and PSG, the Frenchman has scored 52 goals. Compared, at the same age, Ronaldo had scored only 17 and Messi 25.

Mbappe has also excelled in the Champions League, where English fans first saw him stamp his authority on Manchester City in 2016/17. In two years he has scored 10 goals in Europe’s elite competition. At 19 Messi had 2 and Ronaldo was yet to score.
