41,440 km² is the total landmass of southeast, Kaduna, bronu, Niger are larger than the whole southeast, Oyo state is almost close to 2/3 of southeast. yet this states use their fair share of allocation to develop road projects that span the similar length of southeast. at least two states in southeast collects 13% derivatives in addition to the monthly allocation. yet some governors would rather spend on building statues rather than fixing roads and fixing airports. if apkabio was to act like the statue building wasteful spending governors. akwa ibom won't have a state own airport, state owned five star hotels, and a world class sporting facilities that attracts events to the state, thus generating IGR
