I feel any governor showing seriousness now is scam.

This is how Governors should operate. When you give out a multi millions naira Contract of this magnitude, they should create time to inspect the projects as it progresses.

When it comes to quality projects, I give it to Northern Governors. Unlike colleagues from the Eastern part of Nigeria. Who have been scamming their Citizens with sub-standard projects.
