Man Gets Electrocuted At Uche Nwaosu Political Rally In Owerri After Climbing Campaign Bill Board To Get A Better View A man by name Egwim Ifeanyi was electrocuted after trying to scale a tall campaign bill board in Owerri Friday Sept.15 to have a better view ahead of a speech by Uche Nwosu, the former IMGH chief of staff. The victim, who was wearing just a pair of trouser and shirt is said to be responding to treatment at the federal medical center in Owerri.
