As an Anambra man, I would say that the best was Peter Obi followed by Willie Obiano. Ngige did nothing compared to the other 2

Ngige started the development trend. He never had enough time compared to the last two. He spent roughly 2 years + and the road built by him is unarguably the best all over the state which everybody can attest to. More than 13 years after, it is still strong with it's 5" layers of asphalt and bitumen.
Prior to Ngige's emergence as a governor irrespective of how he entered the government house, Anambra was a sorry excuse of a state soiled and degraded by Mbadinuju.
Ngige set the pace for the present development as every governor after him is trying to outshine the other which is a good thing.

They are all very good. They also have their flipsides. You can't actually say this person or the other is better

1. For instance you can't say Peter Obi the best because he did 8 year while Ngige did 3 years and Obiano has done[b] 4 years and is in the 6 month of his second tenure . [/b]

2. Ngige did solid long-lasting roads, Obi did [b]greater numbers of roads [/b]without much quality, Obiano did more of bridges in Awka and roads in remote parts of the State

3. Ngige paid salaries and backlogs, Peter Obi also paid salaries and backlogs. Obiano actually cleared all backlogs including those of ABS and Water Corporation.
