I will kill it since it wants/ plans to kill your dream of travelling back to the States and makes you spend extra money

Put the shredded visa pages together and snapped as attachment to sworn affidavit.

Get another passport and apply for visa(s) with all necessary documents.
Wait patiently for the approval.
