Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in representing a company in Court matters, preparing agreements relating to the company’s land/properties and business dealings, and also in Company Secretarial duties.

Qualifications

A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of Second-Class degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience out of which 2 years as Head of Audit department.

Qualifications

A degree in relevant discipline with a minimum qualification of second-class division.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in HSE preferably Oil and Gas who has the experience in QMS, EMS and QHSE standards, policies & procedures and their implementation.

Qualifications

A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of Second-Class degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounts department with capturing of costs, reconciliation of cash, stock, debtors and creditors, preparation of balance sheets, P & L accounts and Cash flow statements. Exposure in working in ERP Platform is a must.
