Are children of the rich exempted? Both Zahra and her junior brother studied abroad but are yet to serve. If Yusuf is not working where did he get N55m for his power bike and if he's working why didn't he serve? ? Is bike rider Yusuf over 30yrs and therefore not eligible? I don't understand. 1 Share
