The only way the botched launch of the non existent Nigeria Air would have succeded under President Buhari was if Goodluck Jonathan's government conceived the idea, developed it's blue print, bought the planes, sign the bilateral agreements with all relevant stakeholders and then left office for buhari to come commission like always. It's as simple as that.
But for Buhari and his bereft government to conceptualize and see to the success of such a great feat, it's impossible. Not in three tenures.

Watching NTA Network News, and just seen a 2019 APC campaign promo on the newly built Abuja Metro system. They showed one or two new stations, air conditioned trains and spoke to a couple of commuters. At the end of the promo, they showed a smug picture of Buhari grinning from ear to ear....no mention of GEJ whatsoever!

A Nigerian airline is not happening in this generation it's a wasted on maybe in the next 20 years if they change their ways now

They will be doing another advert on how the economy went into recession. Jonathan Ebele, his wives,, Dasuki, Allison n co looting will be fully featured to show how they stole Nigeria aground into recession. That is the only part the Ebeles need to be mentioned in Nigeria history.

All this talk of GEJ, his 'wives', Dasuki and Allison looting is all diversionary talk to try and cover the crass incompetence of Buhari and his team....they just haven't got a clue! Buhari has been president for more than four years now; if this accusation of looting billions of dollars by GEJ and his team was true, then it would be a cut-and-dry case in court and the monies would have been recovered by now. So care to tell us how much has been recovered from the people you mentioned.....monies so huge that its being pilfered threw a once 'biggest economy in Africa' into recession?

A more pertinent question though would be.....we now have Buhari almost completing his 4 years in office, and according to you the incidence of corruption has now been reduced to its barest minimum; the price of oyel has been above budgeted estimates for at least the past two budget cycles; we now have a 'performing' president and team navigating the economy; billions of dollars stolen by GEJ, his 'wives', Dasuki and Allison have now been recovered (like i said earlier, you must have recovered these billions since you sound so confident you have proof they were stolen in the first place)! If all this is the case, shouldn't our socio-economic fortunes have not only improved, but surpassed the levels they were during the GEJ, Yar'Adua and OBJ years? Tell you what....let's go ask the man on the street. He would be able to give us an unbiased assessment of things!
