CX air will only give you more front camera quality, while you will get more battery power with Hot 5. However, since the price of the two phones are between #37k-43k i will advice you go for Tecno Spark 2 with good camera quality, good battery, latest Android version, bigger screen and the likes for pocket friendly amount.
