Aondosor and Shidoo are deeply in love for five years, there are so much in love that they can't imagine a world without each other.
Now the crux of the matter is that these two lovers happens to be in laws, (Aondosor is a younger brother to Jessica with same parents, while Shidoo is a younger sister to Bobby with same father different mothers.)
Jessica was married to Bobby but Jessica is late now and nature as brought their younger ones together in love again.
Both families are deliberating and talking about Tiv tradition and are not willing to give their consent yet.
Their children (Aondosor and Shidoo) are not willing to do without each other either, even it means abandoning their families or die without each other, they don't care about what people are saying neither do they care about tradition.

I don't know about Tiv traditions but I see nothing wrong here. Aondosor and Shidoo aren't related by blood unless I'm mistaken here. They can definitely get married.
