Constitution requires every state to have a representative in the federal executive council. Where the president post a minister is at his discretion but he must appoint a minister from each state. Is SGF a minister? Is he subject to senate approval?

Ogun State has one rep - Adeosun. Osun State rep is the minister of health.

There is a vacancy in the ministry of finance and there is no minister of state in that ministry to take over unlike what happened in ministry of mines and steel when fayemi resigned. You expect the president to leave the post vacant when the new nominee from Ogun State must still be confirmed by the senate before being sworn in?

It makes sense to re-deploy an already confirmed minister pending the approval of new nominee who can be posted anywhere including finance.

Omisore played the spoiler in the first place. If he remained with the PDP it would have been a landslide for PDP. The 128,000 votes he got would have gone to PDP. Now PDP needs his support just as he needs PDP support to return to the senate in 2019.

Whats all these noise Apc won the highest votes in Ife North and Osogbo . The only place with re-run that Omisore won won is Ife South. Orulu was won by Adeleke though

How do u know someone from Katsina? Let me school you little about Osun State Politics. Omisore was the one with PDP party structure in Osun State before Wike and co hijacked it from Omisore and gave it to Adeleke. Omisore has been the one financing the party for more than 3 years before the structure was taken away from him, infact Omisore was humiliated out of PDP (Just like what Wike and Seconds did to Shekarau in Kano state).

Omisore has been eyeing the governorship post of Osun state since 1999 so he has nothing to lose if he decides not to support PDP or APC in Osun cos with the result already released he knows he can't win so he may decide to play a spoiler role against PDP as a pay back or support them.

Are you even aware that Omisore has a pending case with EFCC on Dasuki money, he had entered a plan bargain with EFCC to refund 1.3 billion Dasuki money installmentally. What of he the FG enter into a deal with him that they will quash the case? Just wait till Thursday

Dumb. If not the same ministry, then how is it a replacement.? If Ogun loses a minister of finance and gets a minister of state in an obscure ministry, how is that justifiable?
