INEC has vested interest in the Rerun. The Court should be involved.

OP, there is no bye election in Osun. The last bye election was at the instance of Senator Isiaka Adeleke's death. A bye election was held and his younger brother, the current PDP guber candidate, won to become Senator Adeleke.

Bye election is done to replace a sitting conressman that dies or retires.

Dont say anymore word on the electoral process unti you have first studied Electoral Act and understand your civic duties.
