A lot! Just make sure it packs at least 2GB of RAM and if it can be Xiaomi or Gionee.

See http://7rl.in/jAnd for latest Android phones and how much they sell on jumia.

I recommend Gionee x1s if you can up your budget to 38k
Stay away from unknown brands (and I don't normally recommend tecno and infinix).
