Emmanuel Otonu (born May 17, 1990), popularly known as Ceal Rax (Formerly Cyras), is an independent Turkish-based Nigerian Afro-hiphop Singer, Song Writer and Performer.

He hails from Ughelli, Delta State, but spent most of his early days in Uselu, Benin, Edo State.

In 2009, he moved to Lagos to pursue a career in music.

In 2011, he was nominated for the south south music award, under the category "best use of choreography" for his single "Tingolo" (released under his former alias, Cyras) He went on to win the category.

In 2017, he released his debut single, Mango Sweet, under a re-branded name, Ceal Rax (Formerly Cyras) and has since then released great materials till date.

In 2018, he released Kodurara (audio), the video was directed by Adasa Cookey (SquareBall Media) and released same year (September)
