What nonsense is this? How can U present an Access bank chq to Access bank and claim it's for clearing and also claim they ask u to wait to collect d money  Why was d chq issued in d name of d bank instead of U as d beneficiary? U are in possession of d chq with DCR written on it abi don't u knw wat dat means? 20 Million ko,30billion ni! |

Don't you see what is written at the back of the cheque It was stated there to transfer certain amount to the name there and if access bank know they can't do the transaction for one reason or another why can't they returned the cheque to the person that presented |
