A landlady allegedly burnt her tenant with hot water over unpaid power bill. According to the eyewitness, a Facebook user identified Lizzy Ekpe, the unpaid NEPA bill which lead to this incident amounts to only N370 Naira. But the meager sum did not stop the landlady from inflicting injury on the lady’s head and neck.
