Hi everyone. I'm new here, and it feels so good to be here. Thought I should post these.... **** It seemed that out of battle I escaped Down some profound dull tunnel, long since scooped. Like Noah's snail, slowly I crawled Not accepting defeat despite being wounded. Rivers and oceans have I seen That floats on high o'er vales and hills. But on His grace I lean And then my heart with pleasure fills. As a miracle each day came, Hope I saw in the face of hopelessness. In Him I sleep and wake, Strength I found in restlessness. In his kingdom, he yells and fumes That I made it alive to the end of the ninth month. From my veins, my heart, my whole; joy booms! Thankful I am that death did avoid my path! What do you all think? I hope to learn more from the 'elders' here. Thank you. |
