Job Description:
1. Assist in the support of a variety of application systems requiring cross-platform integration, including importing/exporting of data, account credential creation, automation, interfacing, and other related tasks.
2. Monitor and maintain system applications, log files, disk space, and various database systems for usage levels, patterns, and anomalies and address any corrective action necessary to ensure productivity.
3. Coordinate and develop backup routines and systems for network servers and applications to ensure data integrity and system productivity.
4. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and determine corrective and preventative measures required to maintain optimal server operation levels.
5. Research and evaluate emerging technology trends to ensure district hardware and software are up to industry standards and best practices.
6. Develop integration strategies that identify server improvement or replacement opportunities and make recommendations to management for upgrade/replacement requirements.
7. Design training and develop documentation that ensures effective and efficient use of technology to aid end-users and other stakeholders.
8. Assist in preparing budgets for server repairs, replacements, and purchases.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Certification needed

• 3 - 5 years Project Management Post qualification experience preferably in the IT industry
• MSCE and any other Server relevant certification
