We have come a long way through thick and thin living our lives just the way it looks at us straight in the face. It’s 58th year of National Cake sharing and political imbroglio from the pit of hell!

Many will gladly celebrate this day for nothing and many will ask the annual question of “what have we achieved as nation?” I’m glad that we have been able to sustain one great achievement for our dear nation Nigeria which is keeping us together to grow stronger in our poverty and lack of essentials for living. We have remained dogmatic for too long and on this Independence Day Celebration; my message to my fellow countrymen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is to get emancipated from mental slavery of the mind, godfatherism, selfishness, deception, electoral fraud, and poverty.

We must become independent in the reality of it; which should also propagate a developmental mind towards Nation building.

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria!
