Universally agreed it was sham election. The court would give back the mandate to Adeleke.

EU/US/UK delegation condemns Osun rerun election

Delegations from the Missions of the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States observed the voting in the Osun State re-run election on September 27. We once again commend the vast majority of the voters in the state for exercising their democratic rights peacefully.

In contrast to our overall findings on the vote of September 22, we were concerned to witness widespread incidents of interference and intimidation of voters, journalists, and civil society observers by some political party supporters and security agencies. Many of our findings mirror those of leading civil society groups that observed the election.

We commend the work of INEC leadership during both elections. But it is clear that the neutrality of the security services and responsible conduct by party agents, both inside and outside polling units, will be essential to ensure free, fair, credible and peaceful elections in 2019.

We continue to call for calm from all stakeholders and urge that any challenges to the election result be made through peaceful and lawful means.

We restate our position of firm neutrality among all parties and candidates. We remain committed to supporting the Nigerian people in seeing free, fair, credible, and peaceful elections.

If this is not rectified, A very big problem is imminent as our voices will cease to matter and that calls for anarchy.
And only the wicked and heartless will have a field day.

Now that voices are in synchrony against the sham in Osun, would APC still say they are right and every other persons are wrong?

the sham that happened in osun is not qualified to be called an election, it was purely "SELECTION"

Some eligible voters were deny access to polling units whilst bands, rings and handkerchiefs were deployed to rig APC candidate to power in Osun in connivance with security operatives and INEC.

Should Nigerians expect kolanuts(gworo) as identification tag by APC to rig Buhari to power in 2019

The present administration is gradually killing off our democracy.

T.Y. Danjuma accused the military of collusion with herdsmen.

NBA is accusing police of colluding with hoodlums to rig election.

Every institution Buhari inherited he has destroyed within 3yrs.

September 27 was marred with violence and thuggery. NBA lawyers will testify in the court of justice.

Pdp and Adeleke should jointly and severally drag Inec to Court for being a Judge in its own case.

Court is not supposed to waste time hearing this case, they should just declare Adeleke winner and that will bring some sanity into 2019 elections.

This nonsense called election rigging has got to stop

It is not about PDP or APC

If we do not get to a point where the will of the people counts for something there will be no accountability and it is a recipe for anarchy

The will of the people must count and the police and army must realise it is not their job to sustain any government in power

The loyalty of the police and army is to the constitution and not the government in power !

While it is easy to blame Apeeshit, we should remember that the PDP were no saints. Actually, the PDP (actually mostly) OBJ conducted some of the most ridiculously rigged elections in history. This accounts for the high level of apathy towards elections especially in my SE home region.

We need to realize that elections are important. It may not be a vehicle for providing the best leader but it ensures that we are able to live more peacefully with the results. It's either we have a democracy or we just get a honest dictatorship and stop wasting money on these elections and political office holders. As it is we are losing both ways.
