My opinion though, there is no qualification that is not needed, by the time they collect 1000 naira from olevel , Ond , nd,Hnd, bsc, msc, PhD, and pgd you Will see that over trillion of naira that cannot be accounted for Will go into their accounts. But this is Nigeria where graduates are lazy and hungry for government job because they don't do anything in the office.
