Hello guyz, I have this issue on my National diploma result. The name on the result does not correspond with the name am currently using for my HND program.


I know this is an issue which will affect me in future and I currently do not know how to tackle it. I will be completing my HND program in the next two month and I need to rectify this palava as soon as possible.

Though the names on my birth certificate,waec result,jamb, e.t.c correlate with that being used in my HND program.


The name goes thus :


NAME ON ND RESULT : Simeon Mathew O


NAME BEING USED ON MY HND PROGRAM : Simeon Mathew Olalere


Note: The institution I earned my National Diploma differs from the Institution am currently unergoing my HND
