*FUNCTIONALITY OF NIGERIA SYSTEM*
Before and after independence, Nigeria have some written agreement in form of constitution and policies to guide Citizens and Government activities in order to have function Community.
Consider the fundamental human right, many Nigerian don't even know their right and that would just always make them prone to being infringed upon.
According to the constitution, we have
Right to life
Right to freedom of movement
Right to freedom of dignity of human person
Right to freedom from discrimination on the ground of sex, race, tribe, creed or political opinion or association.
Right to fair and equal hearing.
Right to private and family life.
Right to freedom of expression and press
Right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion.
Right to peaceful assembly of association.
Right to personal liberty.
Right to ownership of property.
Right to vote and be voted for in any given election.
Right to education.
Beautiful right? Do you know that Nigeria have numerous policies to make life liveable? Such as
Economic policies and Human development.
Housing policies.
Nigeria child and National policies, et cetera.
How would these systems function when corruption is at the root of many of Nigeria's problem in totality, corruption doesn't only exist in government but is pervasive in society. Corruption also rampant among businessmen and women
Terrorist attack also deny Nigeria from their rights. Terrorist attack are on the high rise in the northern part of the country, students cannot complete their studies, also trading and farming activities are paralyzed because of the looming threat of kidnapping and murder.
The social crime gives many citizens sleepless night (where is right to life?) In many places, people feel they can no longer walk around their own neighborhood unharmed.
Unemployment is a hot issue ✖
Nigeria Educational system is down. There is a lot of corruption in the Nigeria educational system, particularly higher institutions, lecturer are know to collect money from students in exchange for good grade. Students are not ready for study anymore, no different between higher institution students and thugs, social crime everywhere.
Where is the right? Environmental problem every year without remedy. Road accident channel to inadequate infrastructure, the power sector is corrupt and mismanaged, also issues of inadequate infrastructure and corruption can be seen in the water resources and railway.
If our constitution and policies can be well practice, our systems will function well.

Happy Independence Nigeria.
Long live Nigeria
Long live young active citizens
