In light of some studies that are now suggesting that some baby's become gay in the womb

(http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2006/06/27/GAY.TMP ) ,

There are now some Baptists (particularly a Reverend) http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=2951433&page=1

suggesting that perhaps science could provide a "cure" for "natural homosexuality" via some kind of hormonal or genetic treatment during pregnancy that would somehow lessen the chances of your child being gay,

This to me is mind-boggling because usually Christians seem to be against genetically altering your babies and are pro-life and all that good stuff, but how come if it's to "take the gayness away" it's okay to hormonally and artificially alter your already healthy child?

It has not been determined as to whether or not being gay REALLY does start in the womb, but studies are now suggesting this,

Either way,

Would you be FOR or AGAINST hormonally or genetically altering your baby if you found out it was likely to be born gay?
