Internet giant Google is set to close Google+ in 2019 and the reasons are not far fetched - competition and data breech.

Over the years and since the launch of Google Plus, it was discovered by Google that Google+ wasn’t really becoming a strong social destination, despite the fact that it could link up with other pages such as Gmail, Blogger and YouTube. In fact, usage is pretty minimal on the site, with “90% of Google + user sessions” being “less than 5 seconds”. So the company felt that the site simply wasn’t worth maintaining between its minimal traffic and its security threats, hence a 10 month period for users to migrate whatever data they need before it’s taken offline in August 2019...... Google plus.. i was at the launch in Lagos and i knew it wouldn't work because no one could give a simple explanation of it. The best ideas must be simple to explain. How can something be all social media lumped into one?
