The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) is the Federal Government programme which huge interest in the furtherance of development through education, quality enlightenment and  indigenous human capacity so as to increase petroleum technology to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry.

This scholarship program is chiefly meant for appropriately qualified Nigerians to apply  as the scholarship cuts across undergraduate, masters and doctorate degree programmes in Nigerian universities starting from the 2018/2019 academic session.
