The Chief Agent of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, has announced that his candidate has won the presidential primary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

He said even before the count of the vote that he was sure that his candidate was going to emerge victorious.

He Said :-
, “I have not doubt that Atiku Abubakar has worn the primary”.
Also Senator Ben Bruce, another agent of Atiku, emerged from the vote sorting platform to say that “Atiku has won”.

Other aspirants were:-
Governor of Sokoto State,
Aminu Tambuwal
Governor of Gombe State,
Ibrahim Dankwambo
Former Governor of Kano State, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso
Former Governor of Sokoto State,
Alhaji Attahiru Bafarawa.
