This is a mamba. I doubt it's a "black mamba" though.
What kind of environment do you live that warranted a snake of this size entering your house?

Live very close to a river.. with lots of bushes tho we started having neighbors around

Jacqueline, that's a West African Forest Cobra.

It has a deadly venom.

Black mambas are not in west Africa and they don't have black skins also
